  1. Delivery & Activation
    • eSIM details (QR code or activation instructions) will be delivered via email or through your account dashboard.
    • The validity period of the data plan starts as described on the product page (upon activation or first network connection).
    • Customers are responsible for following the correct installation and activation instructions.

  1. Usage Policy
    • eSIM plans are intended for personal use only.
    • Any misuse, illegal activity, or unauthorized sharing of the service is strictly prohibited.
    • Internet speed and coverage depend on local network operators and may vary by location.

  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    • Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, refunds or exchanges are not available once the eSIM details have been delivered.
    • Refunds may be issued only if:
    • The eSIM was not delivered, or
    • A verified technical issue occurred before activation and was confirmed by TeleHola.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    • TeleHola is not responsible for:
    • Device incompatibility,
    • Network interruptions beyond our control,
    • Incorrect installation or misuse by the customer.
    • TeleHola’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased eSIM plan.
